Continuous Improvement Champion Certification

About the event
A comprehensive overview of the principles and practices necessary to develop a Lean Enterprise, making your business more efficient and improving your bottom line. Consisting of 16 modules, this course combines classroom training with a real life application of training to the development of a project within your own organization. Participants will receive a Continuous Improvement Champion certificate upon completion.
Several safety precautions have been implemented for in-person learning, including table layouts that ensure social distancing, limited seating, and disinfection of high touch surfaces. Ten sessions take place in the classroom, while two weeks are dedicated to mentoring and one week is dedicated to project work.
Discounts are available for multiple participants from the same organization, and the Connecticut Department of Labor covers 50% of the cost for eligible manufacturers. Fees include all course materials as well as breakfast, lunch, and parking.
