As businesses face uncertain times due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this two-day nationally conducted workshop looks to boost business owners’ confidence and help them craft a 90-day action plan. The course will cover strategies on quickly building revenues and profits, where to focus your energies, and how to implement new ideas for marketing, sales, and more.
All participants develop a personal workbook to map out their key strategies, and pre-session homework is required. Participants must also attend both sessions.
This event is free for CEDF loan and education clients, though registration is required.
