Under Connecticut’s paid leave program, employees can now take up to 12 weeks of paid leave for approved purposes. Employer small businesses that had previously been exempt from paid leave rules must now be prepared to support their workers’ requests for leave. This webinar series is designed to help small business owners familiarize themselves with the program and answer any questions their employees might have.
