A Connecticut company has been named as one of the nation’s best small businesses for employee compensation by Comparbly, a resource on company salaries and workplace cultures.
Beiersdorf North America, which is based in Wilton, was named as the 46th best company for compensation among businesses with fewer than 500 employees. The company specializes in skin care products and includes the brands Nivea, Eucerin, and Aquaphor.
“In order to recruit and retain top talent today, companies need to provide competitive compensation across the board,” said Comparably co-founder and CEO Jason Nazar. “Employees from the top-notch companies on our annual Best Compensation list say they feel valued and more motivated to do a great job because their organizations are invested in them to help drive the business forward.”
