Summary by Dirk Langeveld
The National Restaurant Association is inviting eateries and others in the food service industry to take part in a poll on a wide range of issues affecting these businesses.
The poll, which the association says will take about 10 minutes to complete, is open through Jan. 18. In addition to restaurants, it is soliciting input from businesses like suppliers, distributors, brokers, and consultants.
The survey solicits feedback on issues such as the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Restaurant Revitalization Fund, the Earned Income Tax Credit, and the Department of Labor’s standards for tipped employees.
