The U.S. Small Business Administration is hosting a three-day virtual summit next month to celebrate National Small Business Week.
The free event will take place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sept. 13-15. The program aims to “spotlight the resilience of America’s entrepreneurs and the renewal of the small business economy as they build back better from the economic crisis brought on by a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic.”
Speakers for the event have not yet been announced, but SBA and its partner SCORE are planning to host educational panels on the innovative practices businesses can adopt to pivot and recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. The summit will also include information on topics such as starting or growing a business, building resilience and support, retaining employees, finding new markets, and discovering networks. Attendees can also attend virtual booths for one-on-one conferences with public and private partners.
