Under the federal COVID-19 vaccine mandate being backed by the Biden administration, businesses with 100 or more employees must require their workers to get vaccinated against COVID-19 or be tested weekly for the virus by Jan. 4. But the mandate is also facing numerous legal challenges, and the temporary emergency standard issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration raises numerous questions. This 90-minute session covers employer and employee obligations under the mandate, with ample time for questions and answers.
