This three-day program teaches supervisors and team leaders the basics of consensus-building and problem solving by addressing workforce issues. The course uses standardized programs of Training Within Industry, addressing issues such as proactively addressing problems before they occur, creating a foundation of positive employee relations, and earning loyalty and cooperation from your workers.

Registration is $1,300 per person. Eligible Connecticut manufacturers can qualify for 50 percent funding through the Connecticut Department of Labor.
