The Quality Essentials Program is designed to help address the need for improved knowledge of quality principles among skilled manufacturing workers. This program runs weekly from April 7 to May 5 and covers topics such as workplace skills, quality management systems and basic audit principles, print reading and measurement for manufacturing, problem solving, and quality tools and techniques.

A registration fee of $3,695 is required for each individual, with a $300 discount for multiple participants from the same organization. Eligible Connecticut manufacturers can also qualify for 50 percent funding from the Connecticut Department of Labor.
