C2I is a life science incubator and accelerator located in the heart of Woburn, Massachusetts. The chemistry-focused facility has space for about three dozen startups, and provides the laboratory space and resources necessary for companies to conduct proof-of-concept research and develop their inventions into commercial products.

C2I has a fully equipped 20,000-square-foot facility with chemistry, biology, and tissue culture labs with high-end instrumentation. It also has the advantage of being “incubated” into the life science community due to its proximity to two major life science hubs: Boston and Cambridge.

Educational and Networking Opportunities

Opportunities to meet with partners, customers, other entrepreneurs, regional investors, are available. Tenants also have access to in-house technical support and services.
