The Connecticut Bankers’ Association works to promote legislative and regulatory actions at the state and federal level that support its members, the banking industry, and the people of Connecticut. It also aims to provide educational resources and cost-effective services for its members, and to facilitate networking through the exchange of ideas and information.

Education

The Connecticut School of Finance and Management is a two-year program that gives junior managers and others in the banking industry an opportunity to learn more about banking theory, capital markets, management practices, and more. Conferences, webinars, seminars, and other educational events hosted through the Connecticut Bankers’ Association and its partners provide further opportunities for development.
