Since the start of the year, Connecticut businesses have been paying into Connecticut’s paid family and medical leave program; employees will be able to take advantage of the program starting next year. This webinar helps inform employers on issues such as the difference between the program and FMLA, employer responsibilities, job-protected leave, income replacement, and the resources available to businesses.
