About the presenters
Judge Hon. Thomas Small was a federal bankruptcy judge for the Eastern District of North Carolina for 36 years. Ben Iverson is an associate professor in the finance department at Brigham Young University whose research focuses mostly on corporate and consumer bankruptcy.
