This course gives people the human relations skills to thrive in any setting, including forming closer relationships built on trust and respect, increasing confidence and competence in interpersonal interactions, managing stress, communicating effectively, solving problems, and handling fast-changing workplace conditions. The Dale Carnegie course takes place online on Thursdays between March 25 and May 13, with a kickoff event on March 18.
