Under Connecticut’s Time’s Up Act, any company with three or more employees must provide sexual harassment training to employees. The Connecticut Commission on Human Rights & Responsibilities recently extended the deadline for companies to meet this requirement due to COVID-19, giving them until the end of the year to complete training.
This in-depth workshop offers guidelines on how companies can avoid sexual harassment in the workplace, as well as avoiding discriminatory behaviors based on age, race, or other characteristics. These tips can help improve your company culture and reduce your liability.
Cost is $58.49 for CBIA members and CONNSTEP clients, and $101.03 for regular admission.
