Pursuant to legislation passed earlier this year, recreational marijuana use and possession became legal in Connecticut starting on July 1. Employers may be uncertain how the law affects employee policies on recreational drugs. This webinar covers employers’ rights, obligations, and exemptions as they relate to legalized recreational marijuana.
