This three-month course guides the attendees through the principles and practices of establishing and sustaining a Lean Enterprise. Combining classroom education and on-site mentoring, the course includes 16 modules on topics such as problem solving and mistake proofing, value stream mapping, and team development and facilitation.

Courses begin on Sept. 14, and attendees should be committed to attending all modules and mentoring sessions. A certificate will be awarded upon the successful completion of the course.

The course is $5,595 per person, but a $500 discount is available for multiple participants from the same organization. The registration cost includes parking, breakfast, lunch, and all course materials.
