Contractors can get an overview of what they should know about hiring subcontractors, including their requirements and responsibilities. The discussion also takes a look at federal regulations, incurred cost submission necessities, and common deficiencies.
The presentation also covers provisional billing rates, including their purpose, procedure, and what information should be included. Sample procedures will be offered.
