About the presenter

Jeff Cuskey is a government procurement consultant and speaker who has testified as an expert witness on defense contracting and the SBIR program. He also works part-time as a Senior Procurement Advisor for the San Diego, Orange, & Imperial PTAC. Cuskey achieved the rank of commander in the Navy, where he held various leadership, acquisition and contracting positions, and later taught defense-focused MBA contracting, program management, and business financial management courses at the Naval Postgraduate School.
