A preview of a four-part series planned for 2021, this event gives a look at a multi-phased “4L” approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. The event explores how the Listen, Learn, Lean-in, and Live technique can create the individual and organizational changes necessary to create sustainable change.
