This pair of virtual workshops aims to give participants a deeper understanding of privilege and systemic racism, allowing them to approach leadership with diversity, equity, and inclusion in mind. The first session focuses on the six traits of inclusive leadership, and includes automatic registration for a follow-up session on Feb. 11 on inequities and social justice challenges.

The training is currently being offered to the Leadership Greater Bridgeport class, but 10 seats are open to the general public.
