A full-day event offering an in-depth review of issues affecting employee management and human resources personnel. Topics include the legalization of recreational marijuana in Connecticut, paid and unpaid family and medical leave, the legal implications of remote out-of-state workers, employers’ post-pandemic duty to accommodate employee needs, and state and federal anti-discrimination laws.

The course is approved for 5.5 SHRM and HRCI professional development credits. Admission is $202.07 for CBIA members and $255.24 for general admission.
