Interested in starting a restaurant, food truck, or other business in the food industry? This four-part interactive series includes insights and advice from successful entrepreneurs in the industry as well as an overview of what is required to launch this type of business. Topics covered include legal requirements, startup costs, challenges and opportunities, getting a food product into stores, business planning, and public health issues.
Attendees should be prepared to attend all sessions. The two-hour courses run on Tuesdays from March 1-22.
