In 2019, Connecticut passed legislation that created a system of paid family and medical leave, including sweeping changes to its existing Family and Medical Leave Act. While previous provisions were fairly limited, most employers in the state will be subject to these rules when they take full effect in January 2022. This seminar will help instruct employers on what is currently known about the provisions, how they might change as state authorities continue to shape them, and how employers can prepare themselves.
