This three-day course uses the Training Within Industry Job Relations approach to teach supervisors and team leaders how to improve their problem-solving and consensus-building skills. Learning outcomes include productively dealing with people-based issues, proactively preventing such problems, fostering positive employee relations, and earning loyalty and cooperation from your workforce.

The course is $1,100 for a single registration. Connecticut manufacturers with fewer than 2,000 workers who send full-time employees from Connecticut facilities are eligible for 50 percent funding from the Connecticut Department of Labor.
