About the presenter
Rebecca Todd joined the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center as a full-time innovation consultant in 2009. A former technical writer at Dassault Falcon Jet, she assists small businesses and university researchers with the SBIR/STTR process and regularly leads training events on this topic.
