If your company has grown enough that you need to bring on extra help, you’ll have to hire workers and occasionally discipline them, up to and including termination of employment. All of these actions can create legal challenges for employers, who may not be up to speed on all of the applicable laws on these issues. This webinar discusses issues such as the application and interview process, drug testing, medical inquiries, layoffs, discipline, and termination to help employers comply with the law and avoid liability issues.
The webinar is free, but attendees can also choose levels of $15 or $25 program support.
