Attendees can learn about the resources available to entrepreneurs who want to start a business in the food service industry while also learning more about New Haven’s food culture. The event includes an update on the city’s food entrepreneurship resource community as well as a sampling and feedback session of food product prototypes from the first ventures in the Connecticut Food Launchpad program.
The event is free to attend, and at-home samplers from Sanctuary Kitchen and Huneebee Project, alongside other treats from Atticus Market, are available to purchase for $28.
