An 11-part series designed to help small business owners gain the crucial knowledge they need to run own and run a successful business. A course is held once a month through Nov. 4, focusing on issues such as creating a strategic plan, workforce and succession management, leadership styles, recruiting and training a workforce, and more.
The cost of the course is $825 for members of the Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce and $1,100 for future members.
