Under new legislation in Connecticut, employers must train managers and supervisors on the topic of workplace harassment and any companies with three or more employees must train all workers on this subject. This event helps employers understand and comply with federal and state requirements, covering topics such as identifying harassment, understanding how harassment complaints should be handled, and what steps you can take to prevent workplace harassment.
Class size is limited to 25 people, and the program is interactive. The event is only open to members of the Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce.
