Under Connecticut’s strengthened workplace harassment laws, companies with three or more employees are mandated to provide training on this subject. This seminar allows businesses to meet the new requirement by providing a thorough discussion of what defines harassment, how to handle complaints, and monitoring the workplace to prevent harassment from happening.
The session is open to Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce members only. A certificate of completion will be mailed after the event.
