This panel discussion will explore the topics of how a changing workforce impacts our economic future and quality of life, the role that equality and equity play in access to opportunities, and how the region’s employers, employees, and state and local agencies are responding. This event is part of a series of conversations on Connecticut’s workforce challenges and opportunities, hosted by the Bridgeport Regional Business Council and Fairfield Community Foundation with support from Bank of America.
