PHCC is dedicated to the promotion, advancement, education and training of the industry for the protection of our environment and the health, safety and comfort of society.

Resources & Services

Education and Workforce Training

PHCC oversees a variety of resources to help its members improve their skills and knowledge. These include the Center for Occupational Development and Education, a not-for-profit school to provide continuing education to plumbers; access to exclusive live webinars and a library of pre-recorded content; and a planned e-learning academy and HVAC apprenticeship courses.
