Founded in 1984, the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association works to support the state’s mortgage lending industry and its related service providers while also improving its ability to serve customers. CMBA conducts legislative advocacy and supports continuing education initiatives.

Resources & Services

Education

CMBA offers continuing education classes and other events to improve members’ skills and knowledge. It also sponsors educational and research projects to alleviate concerns on issues related to mortgage lending.

Networking

CMBA provides a forum for members to discuss concerns and new ideas related to the mortgage lending industry, and to connect with other professionals. The organization includes a young professionals group, and an online job center provides a convenient way for members to post job openings and resumes.
