Millions of employers have allowed employees to work remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic, and many companies are planning to permanently expand their remote work offerings. Managers who are used to in-person monitoring may struggle to adapt to this new arrangement, or wonder if they are effectively encouraging productivity and collaboration.
This roundtable discussion, hosted by the Women’s Leadership Network program affiliate of the Bridgeport Regional Business Council, explores what works well with remote work and how managers can change or improve their approach to overseeing employees. The event is free for WLN members and $10 for non-members.
